This makes my 7th contribution to Craft Roulette. I have been a guest twice way back when, LOL!
For Episode 322 with Crafty Al, the parameters that needed to be on the card are: Project- Postcard, Colors-1970's Colors, Element-Wreath and Random-Pre-Printed.
Here's how I interpreted those parameters:
Postcard- My project is a 4x6 size which is the standard postcard size.
Colors- lots of Earthy colors that represent the 70's
Element- my cute girl has a flower wreath in her hair
Random- my patterned paper is pre-printed
I used the Flower Child stamp set from Pajama Crafter Stamps as she is quickly becoming one of my most favorite stamps! My paper is retired from Scrappy Boy Stamps and is called A 70's Family Paper Pack.
I colored up the sweet Flower Child with Copics to match the paper,
Copics Used:
Skin/Blush: E13, E11, E21, R20
Hair: YR27, YR24, YR23
Hair: YR27, YR24, YR23
Eyes: B06, B04
Shirt/Necklace: YR09, YR07
Overalls/Base of Floral Wreath: B99, B97, B95, B93
Belt/Shoes: E35, E33
Flowers: E27, YG97, Y28, Y26, YR68, YR65, R35, R32, B14, B12
I added some white gel pen highlights once I was done coloring. My final steps were to stamp my sentiment onto one of the Whimsy Quick Strips 4 die cuts in SU Boho Blue to match my cardstock.
Isn't she such a doll!!! I just love her!
Have a wonderful day! Go do something for yourself and go get crafty!
