Color Cube June 2026 Collab with Teresa

Last year my friend Teresa and I did a collab each month where we shared creations being inspired by Color Cube Cards. We took a break for a bit but we're back!

You can watch my video HERE to find out more details about my card and be sure to check out Teresa's channel HERE to see what she created!

We both used Color Cube Card 337 from the original set of Color Cubes. I started by picking out some paper to match the Color Cube Card as closely as possible, although it is just a starting point. I found the Kaisercraft Seaside Collection 6x6 Paper Pad in my stash and decided to use it. I think it's from 2010 or so.

I had lots of scraps in the paper pad so I used the TOP Inky Inspiration Sketch 13.

Usually I tend to grab a stamp set from Unity Stamps when I work with Color Cube Cards but today I grabbed out the Jaded Blossom Gnome Friends Bird Die! I love that cute birdie!!

Even though the Color Cube Card was a little challenging for me I really love how this came out!!

Have a chirpy day! Go do something for yourself and go get crafty!

Crafty Stamp Co. July 2026 Crafty Crew Kit | Flutterbys & Blooms with Vellum Butterflies Card Tutorial

It's time to Pre-order the July 2026 Crafty Crew Kit (Pre-order your kit before June 15, 2026! Kits ship out July 5, 2026) from Crafty Stamp Co.! This is definitely a kit just brings warmth and happiness with it's butterflies and fairy!

Today's card uses the Flutterbys & Blooms stamp set and Rainbow Butterflies & Alcohol Ink 6x6 Paper from the kit and the Flutterby Trio Die that is available at a discount to subscribers of the kit!

My first step was to pick out my paper and I die cut the Flutterby Trio Die out of vellum.

The second step was to see how I wanted the layout to be with the paper and vellum butterflies and this is where I actually chose the stamp set I wanted to use.

I stamped out the butterflies onto stitched circle die cuts and colored them up with my Copics.

Copics Used:
Shadow: BG11
Butterflies: BG75, BG72, RV17, RV14, V17, V15, V12, RV08
White Gel Pen Highlights

Before adhering everything together I found the placement I wanted. I love the interest that the vellum butterflies add and how they take on the color that is beneath them.

I stamped the sentiment on the inside and finished off the card by adhering everything and popping the butterfly circles up on foam adhesive.

A beautiful card that anyone would love to receive!!

Have a happy day! Go do something for yourself and go get crafty!

Craft Roulette #322 Card

I haven't done a Craft Roulette card in so long, umm since May 2023, shame on me! I always have the greatest intentions but poor follow through. Trying to change that since I will be attending the Craft Roulette Live this year in Kansas City with my bestie, Crafty Al.

This makes my 7th contribution to Craft Roulette. I have been a guest twice way back when, LOL!

For Episode 322 with Crafty Al, the parameters that needed to be on the card are: Project- Postcard, Colors-1970's Colors, Element-Wreath and Random-Pre-Printed.

Here's how I interpreted those parameters:
Postcard- My project is a 4x6 size which is the standard postcard size.
Colors- lots of Earthy colors that represent the 70's
Element- my cute girl has a flower wreath in her hair
Random- my patterned paper is pre-printed

I used the Flower Child stamp set from Pajama Crafter Stamps as she is quickly becoming one of my most favorite stamps! My paper is retired from Scrappy Boy Stamps and is called A 70's Family Paper Pack.

I colored up the sweet Flower Child with Copics to match the paper,

Copics Used:
Skin/Blush: E13, E11, E21, R20
Hair: YR27, YR24, YR23
Eyes: B06, B04
Shirt/Necklace: YR09, YR07
Overalls/Base of Floral Wreath: B99, B97, B95, B93
Belt/Shoes: E35, E33
Flowers: E27, YG97, Y28, Y26, YR68, YR65, R35, R32, B14, B12

I added some white gel pen highlights once I was done coloring. My final steps were to stamp my sentiment onto one of the Whimsy Quick Strips 4 die cuts in SU Boho Blue to match my cardstock.

Isn't she such a doll!!! I just love her!

Have a wonderful day! Go do something for yourself and go get crafty!
