I have another card using Kendra's Card Challenge #22 today! Today's card uses Sketch #3! 

This is a fun sketch and one I think would be great for scraps! I used an old paper pad from 2011 for my papers today! I'm {this close} to using up this pad, My Mind's Eye Lime Twist Happy Go Lucky 6x6 Paper Pad.

I went with a sentiment only for today's card. Sometimes just a sentiment makes a great card!

Today I have a sweet card using the Crafty Stamp Co.'s Bees & Honey Stamp Set!

Such darling little bears dressed as bees, adorable!!

To help me decide on a layout I pulled out my Inspired By The Sketch Book! I chose Sketch #48. I always feel once I have the sketch picked out the rest of the card goes together quickly!

I stamped, colored and cut out the sweet bear and all the elements of the sketch. Then it was just a matter of putting the card together. The finishing touches were some sparkle on the wings and adding some Sea Glass Sparkle Crafty Dots!

I think this turned out so super sweet! It was fun to go with the aqua/turquoise color instead of black for the bee look.

The moment I saw the You're My Soda Pop-Can Mini Album from Scrappy Boy Stamps I knew I needed to use it for a birthday card for a friend who LOVES Diet Coke. (The metallic holographic paper is really hard to photograph. It's a silver with a slight design)

I am so happy with how this card came out! Even more fun was the fact that I used lots of crafty goodies from my stash--some that haven't been used for a very LONG time!

Hopefully my friend likes it and it makes her smile!

Hello Tweet Friend

I'm playing along with Kendra's Card Challenge 22 again today! Today I'm using Sketch #2 along with the Unity Stamps July 2025 Kit of the Month and the Barefoot On The Porch papers.

I reversed the placement of the image as it flowed better with the bird facing into the card instead of off the card.

I think this is such a happy card and hopefully it will help someone to smile!

Bee Kind

As the weather gets warmer I love to see the bees buzzing around flowers! As a child I was not overly happy with bees and scared of them but as an adult I really enjoy them and have learned more about them. If I had a house in the country I would love to have my own hives but at the moment, that's a dream.

I pulled out the Crafty Stamp Co. Buzzy Bee Meadow stamp set today since my mind was on bees! I paired the stamp set with the Buzy Buzzin' 6x6 Paper Pad, also from Crafty Stamp Co.

I used Sketch #15 from the Inspired By The Sketch Book for my layout. I just love this book full of sketches so much! It helps me when I feel "stuck" on a card!

Once I had all my papers cut and laid out for the card, I stamped the images and colored them up and cut them out.

The next step was to stamp out a sentiment and add some sparkle. The card came together easily after that! A super sweet card to bring smiles to anyone!
