In the Sweet November Stamps Facebook Group there is a new challenge, Spooky Season Spooktacular! Each week there is a prompt you create a card with. This is the final week and the prompt is: Costume Party!

I decided to use the Halloween Postage Pals Landscape stamp set with the Waffle Flower Postage Collage for my card this week. Fun to see all those cute kiddos in their costumes!

Sweet November Stamps Spooky Season Spooktacular | Halloween Is Back

In the Sweet November Stamps Facebook Group there is a new challenge, Spooky Season Spooktacular! Each week there is a prompt you create a card with. For the third week the prompt is: Create A Scene.

I'm not going to lie, at first I was thinking I'd skip this week as creating scenes is not my strong suit but then I told myself I wasn't going to get better at them unless I tried so I tried. LOL!

I used the Halloween Is Back stamp set as the focal point of my scene. Another stamp set I've had for awhile and not used! I used Amy's sample on the website as inspiration. I used several stamp sets and lots of masking to create my door scene. A fun sentiment finished off the card, "Wishing You all The Treats Your Bag Can Hold".

Inky Paws Challenge #256- Final Week

Today is a bittersweet day for me as it's my last post as a team member of the Inky Paws Challenge team. After 3 years I decided to step down from the team but I will play along when I can and I will always love Newton's Nook! I went with a Halloween theme this week! I used the Spooky Coffees stamp set/dies along with the Halloween Time 6x6 paper and Frames & Tags Die.

It's time to kick off the Pajama Crafter Stamps EEK! Spooky Countdown!

For my card today I used the Pajama Crafter Stamps Halloween Flash Cards for my main focal point! I love that the Flash Cards from Pajama Crafter Stamps can be foiled! Which is exactly what I did!

I did some ink blending for the background using Awesome Sauce and Distress Oxide Inks: Villainous Potion, Peeled Paint, Spiced Marmalade, Fossilized Amber, Black Soot. Next I stamped the Creepin' It Real stamp onto the ink blended background. I even added splatters which is not the norm for me but I'm trying to do it more!

The foiled cat is so hard to photograph but in person it sparkles and shines!

Happy Scenes & Happy Home Cards

I had so much fun with my Craft Roulette card yesterday using the SU Happy Scenes stamp set that I created 2 more cards using the Happy Scenes stamp set and the Happy Home stamp set that both went with the Hearth & Home Framelits dies (window die). 

I really love how they came out and hope to pull these supplies out again!!

Halloween Swap Card

I joined in a swap this month to send a Halloween or Autumn card. I went with the Halloween theme and used some of the recent Sweet November Stamps stamp sets that I got along with the Waffle Flower Postage Die!
