For the month of June we have a theme challenge, Friendship Cards! Send a card to a friend! For this challenge, create a card to let a friend know you are thinking of them. Use your favorite colors and stamped images to create a friendship card for any season. Get well and encouragement cards are also allowed for this challenge theme.

For today's card I used the stamp set, A Cozy Day In. It most certainly looks like a very cozy way to spend the day!

The ProCRAFTinator's Club IG May Hop

I am joining in The ProCRAFTinator's Club hop this month on IG using the Pink & Main December 2023 Crafty Courtyard Kit- Bookworm. I think I've only made a couple cards from this kit so it was time to create some more!

I thought it would be fun to create a card from each of the TOP Inky Inspiration Sketches that Crystal Minkler puts out in her Tawny Owl Paperie | Inky Inspiration group. I've used her sketches often but haven't started at the beginning and worked my through them all.

Not 2 Shabby Tea Lovin' Gnomes Quarterly Release

Many years ago, 2012ish, I bought quite a bit of Unity Stamps and several of their Kits of the Month and then I stopped. I have recently become enamored with their stamps/papers/dies again so I did resubscribe to the Kit of the Month. Great value for red rubber stamps that are a full 8 x 11 sheet!! I just got my first kit and couldn't wait to create with it!!

I'm using one of my Use Your Stash prompts of reading as it helped me pick which amazing stamp I wanted to use! I am using a sketch from Crystal Minkler. She posted this in the Unity Stamps {show & tell} Facebook group so I thought I'd play along! My image was larger than the sketch shows so my card isn't exactly like it but it was inspired by it!

I really like all the layers on the sketch! Such a fabulous stamp too! I also decided to use another Color Cube card so I had my hubby give me a number and it was 187. What a pretty color palette!! I looked through my papers and found some Sunny Studio papers that match pretty close.

Creating this card just brought me so much joy! It's fun to switch up the way I create to add a little spark to my mojo! Thanks for stopping by! Go do something for yourself and go get crafty!

March 2025 Use Your Stash Live | Happiness is Reading

On Monday I went live with Crafty Al to Use Our Stash using my prompts for March 2025! After a challenging morning, it was the perfect way to spend my morning and I had so much fun! You can watch the replay HERE!

I focused on the Books/Reading prompt and 6x6 Paper. I haven't done a whole lot this month with my prompts since I was getting ready for the craft fair so it felt good to at least focus on one card using some of them!

I pulled out one of my favorite Kraftin' Kimmie stamps, Happiness is Reading. It's just so darn cute!!
