Wheel You Be My Valentine?

Today's card uses the Valentine's Day or Love or Hearts prompt from my Challenge #2 in my group on Facebook.

I used some fun dies from Jaded Blossom for today's card! This is another Valentine's Day card that I really like because it's not your typical one.
